At Healing Counseling Center, we are proud to serve a wide range of clients and tailor ourapproach to meet the unique needs of each individual. Our clinicians have experience and training in working with:

  • First Responders & Veterans – Supporting those who serve our communities and our country, addressing the unique challenges of high-stress roles, military culture, and post-service transitions.
  • Trauma Survivors – Providing compassionate, trauma-informed care to help clients process and heal from difficult life experiences.
  • OCD & Related Anxiety Disorders – Using evidence-based interventions to help clients manage obsessive-compulsive disorder and related anxiety conditions.
  • Play Therapy – Creating a safe, engaging space for children to express themselves and work through emotional and behavioral challenges.
  • Neuroaffirming Therapy – Offering supportive, validating care for neurodivergent individuals that celebrates differences and promotes self-advocacy.
  • Marriage & Family Therapy – Helping couples and families improve communication, resolve conflict, and strengthen relationships.

Locations & Schedule

  • Locations: McKinney & Lewisville, TX
  • Schedule Options: Fully in-person or hybrid (in-person + telehealth)
  • Work Hours:
    • Full-time: 28-32 hours/week
    • Part-time: 15+ hours/week (limited openings; full-time priority)
    • At least 2 evenings/week until 6:30 PM or later preferred

Who We’re Looking For

We’re currently hiring:

  • Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor Associates (LPC Associates)
  • Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists (LMFT)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW)
  • And any board approved supervisors!

We are currently unable to accept applications from LMFT Associates or LMSW’s at this time.

Your Role at  HCC

  • Provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy to clients
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in TheraNest
  • Contribute to a collaborative, professional work environment
  • Engage in ongoing professional development through FREE clinical support and training
