I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with a Master’s in Professional Counseling from Dallas Baptist University. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, family-of-origin issues, and relationship challenges. I am especially passionate about supporting adults who are survivors of childhood trauma or narcissistic abuse, and I also help couples navigate emotional and sexual intimacy concerns.

As a trauma-informed therapist, I collaborate with clients to set goals and provide autonomy in the healing process. I believe the therapeutic relationship itself can be healing, helping clients engage in self-discovery, rewrite their internal narratives, and embrace holistic growth.

I use a person-centered approach while integrating modalities such as ART, ERP, and CPT to meet each client’s needs. For those who request it, I can also incorporate Christian counseling. My goal is to provide a flexible, individualized experience that supports each client’s unique journey.
