I strive to provide an empathetic and nonjudgmental environment for all clients to help guide them through this journey. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities to best fit your personal needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), as well as Motivational Interviewing, and operate from a client-centered perspective. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) which is highly effective in treating PTSD, trauma, and other related disorders/issues. Therapy is meant to be collaborative and we will work as a team to help you meet your therapeutic goals.
I believe that a solid therapeutic foundation is built upon trust and connection and as such, I hope to provide a warm, safe, and accepting environment for all.
