I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor in Texas with a Master’s in Counseling from the University of North Texas. I have had the privilege of supporting adolescents and adults navigating complex trauma, PTSD, emotional struggles, life transitions, and severe anxiety. I’m also deeply committed to affirming LGBTQIA+ identities and creating a space where all parts of you are welcomed and celebrated.
Through years of experience in PHP/IOP programs, non-profits, and private practice, I’ve supported individuals facing a variety of life experiences, helping them navigate challenges, transitions, and personal growth. I believe everyone deserves a space to be themselves, feel understood, and work through life’s challenges without judgment. Therapy is a place to heal, grow, and create a life that feels meaningful, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in Texas, supervised by Laurie Todd, LPC-S. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree from Hardin-Simmons University and a Master’s in Counseling from West Texas A&M University.
With 19 years in education and five years in ministry, I bring a deep understanding of the challenges families face at home and in school. This experience helps me connect with children, teens, and parents navigating school-related concerns, parenting struggles, grief, or loss. I am especially passionate about supporting teens and young adults through major life transitions, including choosing a college, starting a career, or relationships.
Above all, my goal is to provide a space of safety and hope where clients can process painful experiences, break free from stuck patterns, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with a Master of Science in Counseling from Southern Methodist University. I work with children, teens, and adults on a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, gender/identity, autism, parenting and family challenges, OCD, and bipolar disorder.
I primarily use a person-centered approach, tailoring therapy to each client’s needs with evidence-based modalities such as CBT, ERP, and interpersonal psychotherapy. When working with children ages 3–12, I often incorporate play therapy to help them process emotions in a supportive and healing environment.
My approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and evidence-based practice. I strive to create a safe space where clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Through personalized treatment plans, I collaborate with clients and their families to enhance overall well-being and quality of life.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in Texas, supervised by Heidi Johanson, LPC-S, and a Certified School Counselor. For the past five years, I’ve supported teens, families, and educators as a school counselor, helping them navigate emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. These experiences have fueled my passion for working with adolescents and adults facing school stress, family issues, parenting challenges, or the effects of grief and loss.
I have a special interest in providing parent training to strengthen family dynamics and improve communication at home. I also have experience supporting individuals on the autism spectrum and am dedicated to fostering a welcoming, inclusive space for every client.

With a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Amberton University and a background in education, I provide a compassionate and supportive space for individuals navigating grief, loss, chronic illness, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.
I am passionate about helping clients process difficult experiences and find hope and healing.
