Life can feel overwhelming at times, and reaching out for support is a courageous first step. Whether you’re seeking counseling for yourself or your child, I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and understood. I work with children (ages 4+), adolescents, and adults, helping them navigate life’s challenges while building on their unique strengths and fostering greater confidence in themselves.
My approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, with a strong emphasis on creating a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship. I work collaboratively with clients to explore challenges, increase self-awareness, develop healthy coping skills, and work toward meaningful goals. My goal is to help clients feel empowered in their growth while recognizing and building upon the strengths they already possess.
When working with children, I incorporate play therapy techniques to help them express emotions, process experiences, and develop healthy coping strategies in a way that feels natural and engaging. I also value partnering with caregivers to support a child’s growth and well-being both in and outside of the therapy room.
